The San Francisco Pride Parade celebrated its 46th anniversary last Sunday. Not only did the event attract residents from the city and nearby county, but also from around the world. A recent article by the San Francisco Business Times provided a stunning economic analysis that the visitor impact had on the local economy.
With over 550,000 visitors, 80% of which were from outside S.F, resulted in a staggering $357.1 million of total impact for retail stores, restaurants, and hotels.
