After another two big pending leases, a new San Francisco office building located in the North Financial District is nearly filling up, even though it’s still under construction.
The new office tower that is in 350 Bush Street, the heart of the North Financial District, has 372,000 rentable square feet in total. As the first new office building for the past ten years in the North Financial District, it is an attractive location for companies that are looking for better offices or expanding, especially for fintech tenants. In 2015, Amazon’s Twitch Division leased around a half of the building. Recently, software maker Atlassian Corp. Plc and the advertising company Publicis is close to making deals to rent the rest of the building.
After Facebook’s lease with Jay Paul Co.’s 181 Fremont, this is another sign that shows San Francisco’s strong office market.
