San Francisco has experienced robust leasing activity during 2017, including 30 leases > 50,000 sf in size.

Large Offce Leasing Concentrated So of Market

Activity has been particularly strong in the South Financial District and Mission Bay submarkets. These areas are attractive to tech tenants because of their proximity to public transit and freeways (and the Silicon Valley). These submarkets also have the most options for large floorplates and sizeable blocks of space.​
