Silicon Valley companies are migrating north and expanding their square footage in San Francisco to attract top talent. In our Commercial Real Estate Quarterly publication, published Nov. 1, we list 24 companies, ranging from startups to larger firms that picked up shop and moved their headquarters to the city this past year alone, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle report.
LinkedIn and a few other big Silicon Valley companies remain headquartered on the Peninsula, but have upped their square footage in neighborhoods including the SoMa where young techies want to live and work.
